Procedure of Admission
The prescribed admission form should be attached by following documents:

High School Certificate & Mark sheet.

Intermediate/10+2 Certificate & Mark sheet.

Graduation Mark sheets & degree. (If Applicable).

Certificate of SC/ST/OBC, Domicile Certificate of U.P. (If Applicable)

Migration Certificate in case of the applicant migrating from another university/Board. (If Applicable)
-
Five I-Card size recent Photographs.

One Id Proof (Aadhar Card).
